I didn't keep track of my time but I wouldn't be surprised if it took me at least 120 hours on line. I decided to complete the CBT in conjunction with my first project. By that I mean that I completed the Define and Measure section of the CBT but did not go farther until I completed the Measure tollgate of my project. Then I went ahead in the CBT and in my project. This worked well for me because I was learning with the CBT and \"doing\" with my project at the same time. I purchased a Six Sigma book but found that the CBT was a better source for information and for learning.
