Woodbridge Consulting was founded in 1979. Headquartered in southern Germany, it is a privately held international management and business development advisory firm with operations in Europe and the United States.
For over two decades, our advisors have gained extensive knowledge in understanding and managing the "cultural interface", that occurs on both sides of the Atlantic, and that plays such a pivotal role in developing an international revenue stream.
The consultancy is proud of its distinctly personal & pragmatic approach and of the practical & objective advice it provides its customers in three languages. On all assignments, we work extremely closely with our clients are usually in weekly and often in daily contact. In certain instances, for a limited period, we may even assume a management position within the organization in order to 'hands-on' manage critical phases of the company's development.
Our fee structure is frequently on a 'fixed fee' basis and there are none of the budget draining extras that occur after the event. Before commencing an assignment our clients receive a detailed quotation to which both parties put their signature.
Woodbridge Consulting has never advertised yet the business has continually grown, for the best reason, namely that satisfied customers have recommended us to their colleagues and business associates.
The consultants who work for Woodbridge Consulting are seasoned professionals who have had successful business careers, especially in the senior management, financial and marketing disciplines. They are able to impart and communicate this knowledge in a highly effective manner. Their average age is 35+.
They know how to get things done and are able to help clients achieve their goals, both at a lower cost and faster, than could normally be done without them. In contrast, to many consulting firms who only have a single 'standardized' approach, we pride ourselves in creating an individual solution to fit an individual need. Each client has a different set of issues that need to be resolved and our approach to solving them varies greatly.
Our consultants work on an hourly, daily or project fee basis; plus documented expenses. We do not work on a commission basis, nor do we sell for third parties. Woodbridge Consulting is an 'approved' supplier to several federal and state government entities.
(We do not directly consult on legal or tax issues. However, if necessary, this can be coordinated by various 'partner' firms specialized in these fields.)

The skills that we have and the work that we perform is not industry specific. Although, over the years, we have developed unique contacts and expertise in industries as diverse as biotechnology, financial services, footwear, medical equipment, office equipment, information technology, new media, precision instrumentation, radio & wireless technology, retailing, sports & leisure, telecommunications, toys and international trade in its many facets.
Traditionally, our client list includes an over proportional number of inventors and other highly creative firms & individuals. From its conception, the company has been closely involved with supporting young people and 'start-ups'.
